As the camp leadership team prepare to meet for their annual prayer and planning weekend in early November, we thought it appropriate to  share our final view of Camp as we left the field at the beginning of August! What took a week to get ready is all packed away in one day and once the hired equipment has been collected the field can return again to the cows.

]]><![CDATA[What's been happening......]]>Thu, 27 Apr 2017 07:00:00 GMThttps://www.springscamp.org.uk/blog/whats-been-happeningIt's nearly three months since bookings opened and lots of people have booked so far! In fact, Week 2 is almost full. However, as the computer's been playing up and finally died recently we're now having to catch up and check that everyone's had a receipt and knows they're booked in. The new computer is lovely and is very happily working away. If you're waiting to hear from us, please be patient as an email will be on its way shortly.

Our leaders are all in place, but we still need cooks for Weeks 1 and 3. If anyone knows of someone who'd like to cook on a Christian camp, please get them to contact us! Cooking at our camp is ideal for people who're doing the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award (as long as they're not coming with friends or know others on camp).

Our marquee and wash tents are booked, as are the toilets, showers and lots of those lovely table and bench combos!! Hooray!

And finally for today - Gwen tells us on our Facebook page that on Tuesday it was 95 days till the start of Week 3! You can tell where her heart lies......
